In Winter Semester 2026/27, there will be a Bachelor Thesis & Seminar for IBE students. For more details see here and in the Teaching section. Additional info for registered students will be made available via the eLearning system.

We offer a student assistant position (40 hours/month) at competitive pay for 3 months, starting in October. The primary emphasis is on assisting students during tutorials.

Tasks

• Assisting students during tutorials (2 groups x 10 meetings)
• Checking exercise solutions at eLearning
• Supporting the development of exercises

Requirements

• Interest in the fields of production and logistics
• Fundamental knowledge of quantitative methods of Management Science, a.k.a. Operations Research
• Appropriate English language and good communication skills
• Basic Spreadsheet Software skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
• Self-contained and conscientious working style, reliability, and flexibility
• Preferable but not required: Python, gurobipy, Jupyter notebooks
